Last week we kicked off the season of pledging for the Grace Beyond project with a special morning worship service. If you missed the service, you can find the sermon and pledge process walk-through at gracebeyond.org/pledge.
As we are challenged to prayerfully consider involvement in the project through giving, you may have some questions about the pledge process. If what you’re wondering has not been answered, please email email@example.com.
What happens if I lose my pledge card?
Additional pledge cards are available at the Information Center, at the church reception desk, and online at gracebeyond.org.
I already set up my Grace Beyond giving online at MyCalvaryGR.org, do I still need to fill out a pledge card?
Yes, we still need a record of your pledge. Pledge cards help us secure construction loans and make decisions about the future scope and timing of the building project.
What will happen if we do not receive pledges for the entire $25 million dollars?
The church leadership fully expects that God will provide the funds to complete the project. If less than the entire $25 million is pledged, the elders will spend considerable time praying for direction from God.
What will happen if I give funds to Grace Beyond before the pledge process is completed, and the project scope changes?
The elders are asking people to begin contributing toward Grace Beyond in April 2015 after the pledge process is complete. If you would like to donate to Grace Beyond prior to April 2015, we believe that money is given in faith to the Lord.
