This past Sunday evening, we celebrated God’s faithfulness in a groundbreaking ceremony for Phase One of Grace Beyond.
As part of the evening, Grace Beyond stones were given to anyone who committed to pray daily for the project. When Phase One is completed, the stones will be returned to be a lasting reminder of God’s faithfulness in the new Prayer Garden. Everyone was invited to sign the gym floor with verses and notes of prayer and thanksgiving.
If you were unable to attend the groundbreaking service, you are invited to the gym this Sunday morning, August 2, to sign the floor. Grace Beyond committee members will be in the gym with pens and are available to direct you to the section of the gym floor that we are permitted to sign.
If you are willing to commit to pray daily for the project, a limited number of stones remaining from the groundbreaking service will also be available.
Construction on Phase One, which includes the interior of the prayer garden and the student space, will begin in late August and be completed in early 2016.
